If you are longing for peace, a release of the things that no longer serve you, and a deeper connection to your heart and it’s wisdom, we invite you to join us.
Let’s explore a new way of living, knowing, relating, and most importantly loving ourselves and each other.
We will connect to our hearts through breathwork, and then learn to open our hearts with gentle guidance from Yolanda Lozano.
