Meals: all meals will be provided by the ashram: home-cooked Indian vegetarian food. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks, but please NO meat, fish, eggs, alcohol, cigarettes, and recreational drugs. We have a fully equipped kitchen for your use and storage.
Yog Sadhan Ashram is a patch of heaven, located on a 6 acres beautiful land, full of lush trees and wildlife. It is surrounded by 100 acres of nature and wildlife.
