Offering support to explore vulnerability in a safe space will help us express grief and sadness. Moving the energy through communication and movement creates inner space and heals the heart. In the Heart Opening Workshop, we celebrate our resilience and courage by co-creating in this community consciously and expressing our feelings and emotions with compassion.
