Start your New Year off with mindful clarity. Join us for a sound healing workshop! Yolanda Lozano has over 20 years of extensive bi-cultural training in the healing arts from master teachers in India and China, as well as Shamanism. Yolanda integrates breathing techniques with toning and chanting, meditation, movement, vibrational energy healing, and self-care.
Cost is $25, payable at the door on the day of the event.
*Bring a blanket and/or yoga mat along with a pillow, so you can be as comfortable as possible.
