Yoga Among Friends
During the first part of this workshop Marina Lisjonok will guide you through an all-levels asana (physical postures) practice. Then, Heather Randazzo, a mixed media artist and an art therapist, will lead you through the process of creating your personal mandala around your intention, which is easy and fun with deeper impact. You start with a circle and add repeating patterns within to create a calming visual as detailed or free flowing as you’d like. This process is meditative and you will have an image to gaze upon and connect with that feeling again and again. And be showed by the beautiful, therapeutic sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls played by Yolanda Lozano.
