When the world seems to be moving too fast, our bodies develop symptoms: headaches, colds, tension in the shoulders, and anxiety. Learning to slow down helps to keep the body/mind spirit in alignment, and, curiously, the symptoms heal. ?
Existence is a reminder that we are all interconnected and need our very presence in this Earth to contribute in a specific and meaningful way! How we contribute, creates meaning in our lives. ?
Learning to take small steps ensures our ability to take life at our own speed, one step at a time. When we learn to do this, life can be savored. Instead of being on a leash with the clock, we can take each moment as it comes, and appreciate life’s lessons instead of being run over by pressure to perform. ?
Learning to accept support from the Angels has been quite wonderful! When I remember to ask for help, they come in many unexpected ways to support my well-being.
Lately, I’ve been asking for support with the addiction to electronics, and what I just heard from a friend was the specific answer to my request:
Take a break every 3 hours to check in with My Divine Essence and take 3 deep breaths to get back in alignment.
This simple practice helps me to re-evaluate priorities. And I feel more relaxed! Thank you, Archangel Raphael ?
